"I'm going to
give you $3,000 (US dollars)
so that you can keep on studying"
When I went to the University to study
Law, I enrolled by faith because I had no money.
I knew that God had spoken to me. I went one trimester
and each time that I had to pay there was no money.
I would say "God, I believe in you." It
got to the payment deadline and I had paid nothing.
They wouldn't let me go on to the next trimester
because I owed $1,500 (US dollars). I had no other
options, so I turned to God and said, "God,
youre going to do something." One evening I
was praying and I told the Lord, "God, be glorified
and put a new testimony of your faithfulness in
my mouth. I know that you are a God of covenant
and I have been faithful to your covenant. I know
that you are faithful to those who honor you."
That's all I said as I fell asleep. The next morning
I got a phone call. "Someone who doesn't know
you heard about what was happening to you and is
going to give you $1,500." I was so astonished.
Then, I went to the school to pay off my debt, realizing
that I still did not have the $1,500 for the next
trimester, but I acted in faith and enrolled. I
said "God, here I am again." On Saturday,
somebody called and told me, "Im going to give
you $1,500 so that you can continue with your studies."
I said, "WOW God! You multiplied my faith,"
because in my small thinking, I was only in debt.
God has done great things.
