Our vision
OUR SHARED VALUES
I. LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR
HEART AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.
(Matthew 22:37).
A.- Devotional Life
Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the
only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent (John
17:3).
This is what the Lord says: Let not the wise man boast
of his wisdom or the strong man boast of his strength
or the rich man boast of his riches, but let him who boasts,
boast about this: that he understands and knows me, that
I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness
on earth, for in these things I delight? (Jeremiah 9:23-24).
B.- To Ministry to the Lord
Be an example participating in worship and praise in the
meetings.
In the church at Antioch there were prophets and teachers...while
they were worshiping the Lord and fasting (Acts 13:1-2).
Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers
will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they
are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks (John 4:23).
C.- Aggressive Faith
From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom
of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful
men lay hold of it (Matthew 11:12).
?If you can?? said Jesus. ?Everything is possible for
him who believes? (Mark 9:23).
Faith comes from hearing the message and the message is
heard through the word of Christ (Romans 10:17).
D.- Identity
...to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to
put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness
and holiness (Ephesians 4:23-24).
...and have put on the new self, which is being renewed
in knowledge in the image of its Creator (Colossians 3:10).
For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he...(Proverbs
23:7).
In our new identity we now have
-Total forgiveness
-The Nature of the father
-The Righteousness of Christ
-Authority
-Power
E.- Complete Integrity
Lord, who may dwell in your sanctuary? Who may live on
your holy hill? He whose walk is blameless and who does
what is righteous, who speaks the truth from his heart
and has no slander on his tongue, who does his neighbor
no wrong and casts no slur on his fellowman? (Psalm 15:1-3).
F.- Stewardship
...Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there
may be food in my house. Test me in this? says the Lord
Almighty ?and see if I will not throw open the floodgates
of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will
not have room enough for it (Malachi 3:10).
G.- Fear of the Lord
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge? (Proverbs
1:7).
Life is built on the principle of cause and effect.
II. LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.
A.- Be Identified with
the Body
From him the whole body, joined and held together by every
supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love,
as each part does its work (Ephesians 4:16)
For her stones are dear to your servants (Psalm 102: 14).
B.- Servant´s Heart
But if your servant says to you, ?I do not want to leave
you,? because he loves you and your family and is well
off with you (Deuteronomy 15:16).
Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus:
Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality
with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing,
taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human
likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled
himself and became obedient to death - even death on a
cross! )Philippians 2:5-8).
C.- Mercy
"He does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay
us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens
are above the earth, so great is his love for those who
fear him" (Psalm 103:10-11).
Because judgment without mercy will be shown to everyone
who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment!
(James 2:13).
D.- Resolving Conflicts
If your brother sins against you, go and show him his
fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you,
you have won your brother over (Matthew 18:15).
If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at
peace with everyone (Romans 12:18).
Make a word pact that you will give a good report of your
brother, if it is not possible you will be submissive
to Matthew 18.
E.- Do Not Judge
Do not judge, or you too will be judge. For in the same
way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the
measure you use, it will be measured to you (Matthew 7:1-2).
Cain?s Path - Genesis chapter 4
F.- Restoration
Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual
should restore him gently. But watch yourself, or you
also may be tempted. Carry each other?s burdens, and in
this way you will fulfill the law of Christ (Galatians
6:1-2).
G.- Faithfulness
My eyes will be on the faithful in the land? (Psalm 101:6).
Who then is the faithful and the wise servant, whom the
master has put in charge of the servants in his household
to give them their food at the proper time? (Matthew 24:45).
Whoever can be trusted with very little? (Luke 16:10).
...but to show that they can be fully trusted? (Titus
2:10).
H.- Loyalty
And not to steal from them, but to show
that they can be fully trusted, so that in every way they
will make the teaching about God our Savior attractive
(Titus 2:10).
Towards God.
Towards delegated leadership.
To be under Authority.
