Youth - Stay focused on what
you must know!
by

In the whirlwind of transformation that is devastating
the world, we are in the midst of new times where it is necessary
to have a true and defined identity founded upon the Solid Rock,
the word of Christ (Matt. 7:24-27). What you need to know today
is found in Gods principles. Learn to communicate with your creator,
get to know Him, get to know yourself, and others, then you will
be able to comprehend the reality that surrounding you. The time
of visitation has arrived for our generation; Mexico and the world
require young people of impact, who understand the principles
of Jesus. That is why it is necessary for you to focus upon what
you must know.
With this introductory statement, it is very pleasing for me to
write to you about what God is doing today. One of the things
that God is doing is using the internet; one of the most innovative
media tools of recent years, to communicate with you this principle
of how important it is for you to focus on what you must know.
Identity has become a vital part of this generation of young people,
understanding of the times that we live in. We must remember that
identity defines all of our behavior! The young people of the
church cannot continue to be the same, we are sick and tired of
young people who seek their own passions, or those who have no
commitment, who just want to warm the pews, or those who go to
church because their parents make them go, or even those who go
only to look at the pretty girls or the cute guys. I am convinced
that these attitudes will not get the job done. You are, or you
are not a part of the generation of young people that are distinguished
because they have their correct identity. The ones who know how
to receive and use the resources that God has given them, who
will rise up as a model of young people in service of God and
society.
In the book of Daniel, the author tells us, that there were 3
people interesting people; three young men, Daniel, and those
that accompanied them were all taken captive Babylon during their
youth. They were exemplary young men who served in the royal court,
they were unjustly persecuted, but their punishment turned to
monuments of honor as God intervened on their behalf, and through
interpreting dreams, they were place in high governmental positions.
They lived pure lives in the midst of corruption and they died
in a foreign land. It is a heavy thing to live for God, not speaking
in a religious way or with a "holier than thou" attitude,
to the contrary, I am speaking of taking advantage of the opportunities
given to us to extend the Kingdom of God to every sphere of society.
Society needs answers and only those of us who have had a true
encounter with God through Jesus can spread the Good News. Not
only do we tell the Good News, but we can also be living examples
of what God can do through us.
